Is it just me, or do the events of the last few weeks feel like a really long…really bad…joke? This whole situation feels completely surreal, and way crazier than we ever thought it would be!

Unfortunately, it isn’t a joke. But ironically, it is happening during Stress Awareness Month. I’m going to take a wild guess and say that we’re ALL pretty well aware of our stress this month. So, awareness is a good first step, now it’s on to the next move: reducing anxiety and stress.

It’s something we’ve been working on with our clients.

We’ve been working with them to boost employee morale, and reduce their anxiety and stress. Assuming your company wasn’t already working from home prior to this whole mess, chances are you have some new HR problems on your hands: employee isolation, employee depression, employees feeling reduced engagement with the company and their coworkers, etc.

So what can you do? Give them something to be excited about, and united about.

For instance: yoga, mindfulness, Zumba, and tai chi classes with their coworkers. Providing your employees with a sense of community, and a sense of wellness during these difficult times is crucial to retaining their loyalty and support.

In case you’re a little skeptical about how this all works, we’ve created a free digital wellness series for anyone interested to preview what we have to offer.

All throughout April (STARTING TODAY) we will be putting on a different digital wellness class every Wednesday from 12-12:30 pm.  Below is the information for the first class; looking forward to seeing you online!
