Services

NO UPCHARGES. EVER.

We have gotten rid of the tiered pricing found at most spas, where there are upcharges for anything more than a basic Swedish massage.

At Healing Hands, we are proud to offer simplified pricing via our All-Inclusive Massages (AIM). With AIM, you simply pay for the time you are on the table. Just speak with your massage therapist prior to the session and mention any add-ons or special modalities you would like (deep tissue, stretch, heat, cupping, aromatherapy, etc). In this way, you are empowered to choose the enhancements that best help achieve your wellness goals…at no additional cost.

Find out why Google and Yelp users consistently rate us Miami’s top massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

With a deep tissue massage, the therapist focuses on realigning deep layers of muscles and connective tissue (called fascia). This massage style is intense but should not hurt and is best for athletes, dancers, and people with deep, chronic muscle knots.

Stretch Therapy

Using a combination of Thai stretching, sports massage, and PNF stretching techniques, your therapist will work to unlock your body’s deepest knots. You may experience some soreness after this deep massage, but your muscles will thank you!

Hot Stone Massage

This is a modern variation on traditional massage in which stones and/or heat packs are used (110-120°F).  The application of heat provides a similar end-result as a deep tissue massage, without the soreness that can sometimes result.

Lymphatic Cupping

This style of cupping differs from stationary cupping in that medium (not deep) pressure is created and the cups are moved slowly along the body’s lymph channels. It does not leave “octopus marks” like static cupping but is equally effective. Check it out!
