“In our practice we begin each session with lavender (calming), then when we ask the client to turn over we have them breathe eucalyptus (clears them out), and at the end it’s always peppermint (energizes and wakes you up).

In our aromatherapy sessions, the client can choose their own custom blend based on the mood/intention they’d like to set for their session: Power Up, Power Down, Just Breathe, Meditation, Aches & Pains, and Soothing Heat.
