BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING, PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TWO PARAGRAPHS BELOW:

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

By confirming your reservation, you are aware of the cancellation policy that states that HHTM requires a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment, and that if insufficient notice is given, only 50% of the price of the service may be returned to the card on file. YOU ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT THERE WILL BE NO REFUND GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 4 HOURS’ NOTICE, OR NO-SHOWS. Last-minute cancellations do not allow sufficient time for rebooking, and since we respect our therapists’ time and expertise, we pay them regardless of whether the client shows up on time, late, or not at all. By booking this appointment, you agree to abide by this policy.

 

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT / LIABILITY LIMITS / PAYMENT:

In addition, by booking this reservation, you declare that you have completed this health form to the best of your knowledge and will inform your Massage Therapist and/or Esthetician of any changes that occur. You understand that Massage Therapy and Facial services are therapeutic health aids and are non-sexual. These therapies do not take the place of a physician’s care. You agree that you will not hold Healing Hands Therapeutic Massage LLC (“HHTM”) or any massage therapist or esthetician working for HHTM responsible for any adverse effect on my health or skin that this treatment may have. You are responsible for full payment at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been made.
