It’s common for companies to want to start corporate exercise programs but not be sure what the employees would gravitate toward the most. What we do in this situation is send out an initial survey and tailor classes according to the responses. We may also try several different classes/services for the first several weeks and track employee feedback and participation. We then tabulate everything and make a recommendation on what we should implement moving forward. Depending on the size of the company, it is possible that classes may vary from one office to another based on the unique employee dynamics at each location.
Increased productivity, lower healthcare costs, and higher employee retention are just three of the many benefits to a company’s bottom line. See this page for additional details.
We offer massage, yoga, mindfulness, Pilates, Zumba, boot camps, Tai Chi, acupuncture, and more. You can read in detail about each modality on this page. If you have another service in mind, let us know as we can probably make it happen!
Since a chair massage concentrates on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands (the parts of the body most commonly affected by workplace stress), it is not necessary for the employee to get undressed. The massage is administered over the clothing and no oil is used. The employee’s overall appearance is not affected in any way, and they can go back to work immediately after the session.
For companies enrolled in our corporate wellness programs, billing information can be found on this page. For one-time events, we bill net 15 upon completion of the event. If your company has an insurance plan with wellness dollars, we can speak with your wellness account consultant or broker to see if we can utilize the incentive dollars already set aside for these kinds of programs in many self-funded and fully insured plans. If we are able to access the wellness dollars, there is no direct cost to the company to run the program. More details on our billing page.
